Return & Refund Policy for Utility Shelves
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your utility shelf product, please review the policy below for returns, replacements, and refunds.
1. Return Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all accessories included.
- Proof of purchase (order ID or receipt) is required.
2. Non-Returnable Conditions
Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:
- Product has been used, assembled, or installed.
- Damage caused due to improper handling or misuse.
- Missing parts, accessories, or original packaging.
- Requests made after the return window has expired.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
- If the product is delivered in a damaged or defective condition, you must report it within 48 hours of delivery.
- Clear photos or videos showing the issue must be provided for verification.
- After validation, a replacement or full refund will be processed.
4. Return Process

- Include the following details:
- Order ID
- Product name
- Reason for return
- Supporting images (if applicable)
- Once approved, instructions for pickup or self-shipping will be shared.
5. Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed after the returned product is received and inspected.
- If approved, the refund will be credited within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
- In case of Cash on Delivery (COD), refund will be processed via bank transfer (bank details required).
6. Replacement Policy
- Replacement is subject to product availability.
- If the product is unavailable, a full refund will be issued instead.
7. Shipping Charges
- If the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, return shipping will be covered.
- For all other returns, shipping costs may be deducted from the refund amount.
8. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
- Once shipped, cancellation is not possible; only returns will be accepted as per policy.
9. Important Notes
- Ensure proper packaging when returning items to avoid damage during transit.
- Unauthorized returns without prior approval may not be accepted.
